15/02/2021- Monday: 

After the refreshing morning prayer, Giby Mam took the first hour. She discussed about the Teacher Variable (Teaching Aptitude, Competency, Disclose hidden curriculum, Emotional intelligence, Multiple intelligence, Resilience, Behavioural management etc). 

Maya Mam handled the second hour and discussed about different forms of Naturalism (Physical, Mechanical, Biological). Neena miss took third and fourth hour. What is Science? Science provides a systematic way of approach or thinking🤔. It consists of three things: Product, Process and Scientific Attitude. The beauty in Science is truth. 

During afternoon session, the talent hunt of both Malayalam and Social Science departments were conducted. They did a fantastic job and I totally loved their performance. Yet another beautiful day passed by😁.


16/02/2021- Tuesday:

"Use your smile to change the world 🌍, don't let the world to change your smile 😁." 

I suggest everyone to do a little walking on the way to college. Our mind can be refreshed by beauty of early morning 🌄. Reached before prayer and after that we went for the inauguration of 'English Phonetic Lab', a dream of our Benedict Sir came true. The pronunciation of two words 'Genre' and 'Rendevous' was made clear.

Ancy Mam took first hour. A new topic "Kohleberg's stages of moral development and 3 levels such as Pre- conventional morality, Conventional morality, Post- conventional morality, which is further divided into 6 stages was taught. 
Next Joju Sir taught about the 5 M's in Educational Technology (Men, Method, Material, Media and Machine). There are 4 revolutions of Education transfer: 
1) Parents to Teachers ie, Home🏡 to School 🏫
2) Development of writing symbols.
3) Printing press
4) ICT (Information communication technology)

Maya Mam taught about Aims of Education, Curriculum, Methods of Teaching, Role of teacher in Naturalism. During the optional hour Neena Mam assigned us work. Seminar topics were assigned by Joju Sir. Later we dispersed.

  23/02/2021-Tuesday:  "Memory is the treasure house of the minds where in the monuments there of are kept and preserved.- Thomas Fuller" Due to strike of public transport, majority of MTTC students(me too) couldn't attend the class.  Also it's been a half year( 23.08.2020 ) in celebrating the Spinster party🥳 of my bestie Arsha💜🌼  Let me recollect the memories of that day.  After yesterday's glorious event, we are back to offline classes. After the prayer, it was optional period. Neena miss entered the class and asked about our well being. She taught different phases of teaching profession. And also made us write about the best teacher whom I have met. Roshan was called out to read the assigned work. Also at the end of class Shilpa, Lekshmi, Athira and I were congratulated by our classmates for winning pens yesterday. Giby Mam handled second hour. She taught three mental systems and they are : Id, Ego, Super Ego . She told a hilarious incident to illustrate about the mental systems. It was so much fun to hear her experiences, stories etc.  Later Maya Mam took the third hour. She taught about the qualities, skills and competencies that a teacher should possess. Initiation of the Era of Teaching

19/02/2020: Friday  The last working day of the week arrived. The day started ✨ with the prayer. Maya miss handled the first hour. She discussed about the Aims of Education, Harmony and Curriculum of Realism. Archana mam discussed about Cognitive, Humanistic and Gestalt Psychology during the second hour. Benedict sir took class for one hour about the Early steps in Teaching & Pedagogy . "Learning must be a 'AHA' experience i.e; teachers must make a child learn concept joyfully. He also divided us into 3 groups based on the position among our siblings(like first, second, third child).  He asked us to write down the advantages and disadvantages of being first, second and third child. Each student from 3 groups were called out to read the written points. He told us that our position in family will influence us in taking decisions during childhood, adulthood and parenthood of our life.
