You might be confused of the title, wait till the end to know it.The first day of March got started with prayer at Chapel. Full day was scheduled for Optional hour. As Neena Mam is busy with the deputation process, Ronald sir is in-charge of us. The process of seminar has begun.

Lekshmi took a seminar on the eminent theoretical physicist E.C.G Sudarshanan. Then Sandra (Bio informatics), Nikhil (Kalpana Chawla), Shilpa (Information Technology) took their respective seminar topics. Also Renju did reteaching of the Skill of Explanation.

Later from 11am- 12.30 pm, Benedict Sir handled micro teaching. He took class on the Skill of Questioning in detail. Through questioning skill, selective attention and thought 💭 process in a child is initiated. He explained about the types of questions.

During the afternoon session, the students who are in quarantine took seminars online through Google meet platform. Elsa, Georgia, Ashna and Rekha conducted the seminar. Technology had made far one's  close to us and they had done great job in conducting seminar. Around 2.30 pm, we were provided with Payasam sponsored by beloved Principal Benedict Sir. It was so yummy🤤 and after finishing it we dispersed.

I walked back to our ' Physical Science Studio ' (doesn't the name sounds interesting). It's the workroom where we are moulded into good(no🤨), better(no🤔), best (😎) teachers . First hour was handled by our mentor Neena mam. She opened the windows of opportunities of the world towards us. She motivated to grow up as the best teachers. Education originated from the words like ' Educare','Educatum '. Education makes a man self-reliant and self-less. Today is the fifth day of online class and first hour was handled by George Sir. Our second P.E class started with a silent prayer. George Sir made us practice Pranayama which was taught last class. He later discussed about the timing, do's and don'ts while practicing Yoga. One of the major benefit is that the internal organs gets stimulated while doing yoga. He described the circulation of blood from heart to lungs and vice versa shortly (I was taken back to 12th grade☺️)  Another one 'Brahmari Pranayama' was learnt. It resembles the sound of a female bee thereby got the name as Brahmari Pranayama.      Method of practicing Brahmari Pranayama.
