Retrospection of New Era with Ancy Anna Kurian (2020-2022)

 December 15 There was a regular class for both batches. The NAAC team member held a meeting with the parents.After lots of discussion and confusion the NAAC team agreed to watch our dance performance.  A session for Robotics started and I am the student coordinator. After the makeup session a total of 50 students performed on different songs representing various states on the stage. Priyanka, Revathy and I performed Kathak dance on the song from Padmavaat movie. It was a great experience for me.

14 December, 2021 The third cycle of NAAC visit was scheduled on 14th and 15th December. We did all the arrangements prior to the visit through working Saturday and Sunday. Eventhough it was fun to decorate the class,the cleaning and decorating process were tiring.  On 14th December, the NAAC team of four members visited us and had an interaction with students of each department and faculty members. They observed, examined and evaluated the college premises, working of institution etc. I was scared about the result of the hardwork, patience exhibited by us. Everything went well and after the dance practice we disperse from the campus. 😎😇

 The day started with prayer at the Chapel. The first hour was handled by Maya Ma'am. She gave an orientation class before the NAAC visit.  After her class, we headed towards the P.S. studio for doing a progress in the work assigned to us. I am in charge of scheduling the duties. During the afternoon session, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., talent hunt of juniors were organised. Natural Science and Physical Science optionals did their best. I enjoyed thoroughly with my friends through shaking my feets. After the programme, we dispersed. Poster of Talent Hunt

Today was a fine day. The third semester of BEd course started with the morning assembly by English Optional. It was a grand opening. Benedict Sir explained the Ubuntu process which depicts the idea of humanity.  A team from Kerala University did a mock visit before the visit of NAAC for analysing the college. Maya Ma'am handled the first hour and we were asked to fill the feedback forms.  Neena Ma'am handled the optional class from 11.30 a.m. to 1p.m. She discussed Experiential learning - learning through experience. She started the class with the question: "Which concept you learnt in your life through Experiential learning?" and everyone contributed the story of learning concept through experience. Buoyancy was my contributing concept.  After having delicious lunch, we started the work for the NAAC visit.   A Selfie 🤳 Time

 Today marked the end of Semester 2 exams. We had our lunch after the exam. It was after so long days Solasta members sat together for the lunch. Existed tension got released through the laughter and fun time spend with the buddies. At 2 p.m. we had an Aerobics class for one hour. I thoroughly enjoyed it as we moved our body with the rhythm. It was total fun and relief as the exams. There was a dance practice for the Cultural Fest to be presented on December 14. I enrolled my name for Kathak dance. Let's hope for the best.
