Assembly duty was given to me. I have helped in the organisation of the rally. There was no classes as per the schedule. Noon meal duty was done. Today volunteer duty was my emergent task. Tasks of the day were initiated and completed.

  23/02/2021-Tuesday:  "Memory is the treasure house of the minds where in the monuments there of are kept and preserved.- Thomas Fuller" Due to strike of public transport, majority of MTTC students(me too) couldn't attend the class.  Also it's been a half year( 23.08.2020 ) in celebrating the Spinster party🥳 of my bestie Arsha💜🌼  Let me recollect the memories of that day.  "Prayer is the key of the morning and the bolt of the evening." -Mahatma Gandhi" A new day began with prayer at Chapel. I walked back to our ' Physical Science Studio ' (doesn't the name sounds interesting). It's the workroom where we are moulded into good(no🤨), better(no🤔), best (😎) teachers . First hour was handled by our mentor Neena mam. She opened the windows of opportunities of the world towards us. She motivated to grow up as the best teachers. Education originated from the words like ' Educare','Educatum '. Education makes a man self-reliant and self-less. Today is the fifth day of online class and first hour was handled by George Sir. Our second P.E class started with a silent prayer. George Sir made us practice Pranayama which was taught last class. He later discussed about the timing, do's and don'ts while practicing Yoga. One of the major benefit is that the internal organs gets stimulated while doing yoga. He described the circulation of blood from heart to lungs and vice versa shortly (I was taken back to 12th grade☺️)  Another one 'Brahmari Pranayama' was learnt. It resembles the sound of a female bee thereby got the name as Brahmari Pranayama.      Method of practicing Brahmari Pranayama.
