 Maya mam's class started at 10:00 a.m. and today she discussed about National Integration. 


The word National integration portrays feelings in us towards Nation. It is the feeling of oneness. An emotional integration can be seen within the nation. Later she discussed about the factors that affect integration and the ways National integration can be inculcated through education in students.

The class was in a discussion mode and everyone was in active mode. Some of the factors that affect integration are caste system, illiteracy, political factors, economic inequality, languages religion region food etc. 

The different ways in which the feeling of national integration can be inculcated through education are are: 
Teaching Social science(History & Geography) in schools, singing National Anthem, taking pledge.
Studying Hindi which promotes integration as it is a link language between all the states. 
Involvement of students in different co curricular activities like Scouts and Guides, NCC ,NSS etc. Organising healthy debates and discussions in the classrooms.
Introducing uniform to establish an equality and uniformity in children.
Celebration of  National days.

  23/02/2021-Tuesday:  "Memory is the treasure house of the minds where in the monuments there of are kept and preserved.- Thomas Fuller" Due to strike of public transport, majority of MTTC students(me too) couldn't attend the class.  Also it's been a half year( 23.08.2020 ) in celebrating the Spinster party🥳 of my bestie Arsha💜🌼  Let me recollect the memories of that day.  After yesterday's glorious event, we are back to offline classes. After the prayer, it was optional period. Neena miss entered the class and asked about our well being. She taught different phases of teaching profession. And also made us write about the best teacher whom I have met. Roshan was called out to read the assigned work. Also at the end of class Shilpa, Lekshmi, Athira and I were congratulated by our classmates for winning pens yesterday. Giby Mam handled second hour. She taught three mental systems and they are : Id, Ego, Super Ego . She told a hilarious incident to illustrate about the mental systems. It was so much fun to hear her experiences, stories etc.  Later Maya Mam took the third hour. She taught about the qualities, skills and competencies that a teacher should possess. "The mediocre tells.. The good teacher explains..The superior teacher demonstrates..The great teacher inspires.." During Lunch break, we practised dance💃 for tomorrow's programme...

Joju Sir handled the first hour. The students of English department took their seminar portions. Web 3.0, Web 4.0 and Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) were the topics. They did a superb job in helping us understand these topics. Web 1.0: staffing information provider where people read websites but rarely interacted with them. Web 1.0 is a read only web. Web 2.0 is an interactive and the social web enabling collaboration between users. It is a read and write web.  Web 3.0: change both how websites are made and have people interact with them.
