MALALA DAY -July 12

 During the first hour Joju Sir continued with the second semester topic "different Assessment methods" (Multiple choice, Essay writing etc).

Maya Ma'am assigned us to write on 'Barriers of Communication'. Communication is a process of exchange of information, ideas, thoughts, emotions and feelings. There are different barriers in communication: Linguistic barrier, Physical barriers, Emotional and psychological barriers, Gender barriers.

Graffiti Board

During the optional hour, the members of P.S. department created a Graffiti board under the guidance of our mentor Neena Ma'am. We discussed the points on the topic Sustainable development.

After the class hour, I went through different articles and did some trial quizzes about Malala to take part in the quiz conducted on Malala Day. My score was (15/20) and the results were published. I secured second 🥈 position in the Inter Collegiate Quiz conducted by Nisarga. I feel like I'm in the seventh heaven.

  23/02/2021-Tuesday:  "Memory is the treasure house of the minds where in the monuments there of are kept and preserved.- Thomas Fuller" Due to strike of public transport, majority of MTTC students(me too) couldn't attend the class.  Also it's been a half year( 23.08.2020 ) in celebrating the Spinster party🥳 of my bestie Arsha💜🌼  Let me recollect the memories of that day.  After yesterday's glorious event, we are back to offline classes. After the prayer, it was optional period. Neena miss entered the class and asked about our well being. She taught different phases of teaching profession. And also made us write about the best teacher whom I have met. Roshan was called out to read the assigned work. Also at the end of class Shilpa, Lekshmi, Athira and I were congratulated by our classmates for winning pens yesterday. Giby Mam handled second hour. She taught three mental systems and they are : Id, Ego, Super Ego . She told a hilarious incident to illustrate about the mental systems. It was so much fun to hear her experiences, stories etc.  Later Maya Mam took the third hour. She taught about the qualities, skills and competencies that a teacher should possess. Joju Sir handled the first hour. The students of English department took their seminar portions. Web 3.0, Web 4.0 and Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) were the topics. They did a superb job in helping us understand these topics. Web 1.0: staffing information provider where people read websites but rarely interacted with them. Web 1.0 is a read only web. Web 2.0 is an interactive and the social web enabling collaboration between users. It is a read and write web.  Web 3.0: change both how websites are made and have people interact with them. Web 4.0 is a new evolution of web paradigm based on multiple models, technologies and social relationships. It will help people have a digital alter. It is an open, linked and intelligent web.
